Handle your Carla Modiano collection with care and love. Make sure to remove your jewelry when bathing, swimming, sleeping or exercising. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions and makeup. Wipe your piece clean with a soft cloth before putting it away in a safe place.

In-stock pieces ship within approximately 2 to 4 business days of purchase.
Custom pieces ship within about 2 to 4 weeks of purchase.

We ship orders within the United States via UPS.
We ship orders to international destinations outside the United States via DHL. Carla Modiano is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or other fees that may be assessed on international shipments.

We accept returns on all full-priced products in their original condition, unworn and unused, within 15 days of receipt. Returns meeting these conditions will be issued a full refund (excluding shipping costs) to the original form of payment.
All custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Carla Modiano will repair items at no charge for up to 1 year following purchase, excluding normal wear and tear. For purchases older than 1 year, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your Carla Modiano pieces.
